As the Advanced Welding instructor and program head, I look forward to working with the students to better prepare them for the expanded opportunities in a world of choices and challenges.
I am a twenty-five year veteran of the welding and fabrication industry. I started my welding career in high school, and was trained as a nuclear components welder in the US Navy. After approximately 11 years as a welder in the Navy I worked in various fabrication positions in the welding industry.
I am a graduate of ITT Technical Institute where I received my degree in Computer Aided Drafting. I have also attended the University of Idaho and the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology where I became a Certified Welding Inspector.
